Types of Pallets
1. Types Based on Usage and Structural Design for Customers
Stringer Pallet
Uses long stringers to support the deck boards.
Stringers are placed parallel to the direction of use.
Easy to lift with a forklift from both sides.
Can add 4-way entry by cutting notches in the stringers.
Block Pallet
Uses blocks or cubes for support instead of stringers.
Designed to be stronger and more durable than stringer pallets.
Can be lifted with a forklift from all four directions (4-way entry).
Suitable for applications requiring high strength.
Double-Face Pallet
Has deck boards on both the top and bottom.
Can be used on both sides.
Suitable for applications requiring better weight distribution.
Single-Face Pallet
Has deck boards only on one side.
Suitable for general use and transportation where flipping the pallet is not required.
Reversible Pallet
Designed to be fully usable on both sides.
Suitable for applications requiring quick pallet rotation.

Load Considerations
Static Load: The maximum weight a pallet can support when stationary on the floor.
Dynamic Load: The maximum weight a pallet can support while being moved (e.g., lifted by a forklift).
Racking Load: The maximum weight a pallet can support when placed on a storage rack.
